About the Position
Our Float Teacher will step in where needed across classrooms, assisting lead teachers and ensuring daily routines run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is nurturing, energetic, and passionate about early childhood development.
Requirements
✓ High School Diploma or GED
✓ Ability to pass a background check
✓ Open and flexible availability
✓ Willingness to complete ongoing training
✓ Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom routines
• Engage and supervise children in age-appropriate activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support a positive and nurturing atmosphere
• Follow all state and center licensing regulations
